Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Natasha Nicole Studio, including bespoke bridal veils, personalised products, and ready to order items purchased through our website.
By placing an order, paying a deposit, or making a purchase through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Bridal Veil Orders & Designing
An order placed with Natasha Nicole Studio is any veil, accessory or item that is custom made, personalised, embroidered, altered, or created specifically to your requirements.
During the design process, clients are encouraged to provide inspiration images, dress photographs, colour preferences, measurements, and any other information relevant to the design brief.
All bespoke designs are created collaboratively, however final design decisions, construction methods, and artistic interpretation remain at the discretion of Natasha Nicole Studio.
Initial discussions and consultations via email are free for an hour of the designers time, with additional communication charged at an hourly rate of £50.
Video calls can be arranged if the client wishes at a rate of £50 for 30 minutes before paying a deposit or £50 following paying a deposit which will then go toward the final item price if the client chooses to proceed. In both cases payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.
The client can discuss up to two rounds of amendments or slight changes to the design. A fee of £50 per hour will be applicable for all changes following this or for changes that are substantially different to what was discussed to reflect the designers time.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £45 is required to secure a production slot for bespoke orders.
No work will commence until the deposit has been received, after which sketches or a mock up will be produced based on the ideas discussed.
The deposit forms part of the total order value (goes toward the final item cost) and confirms acceptance of the agreed design brief and quotation.
Production dates cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been paid.
Deposits are not transferable to another design unless agreed by the designer.
Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Natasha Nicole Studio often gives a range of quotes applicable to the design discussed and clients can choose the design most fitting to them within this range. Where this is not appropriate or needed, a single quote is given.
Prices are based on the complexity of the design, materials required, embroidery work, labour, and production time.
Should a client request substantial design changes after a quotation has been accepted, Natasha Nicole Studio reserves the right to revise the quoted price accordingly. This could be due to the hand work required to complete the veil or an increase in cost of materials or more.
Design Approval
Where applicable, design sketches, embroidery samples, digital mock-ups, or other design materials will be provided for approval.
It is the client's responsibility to carefully review all details before providing approval.
Once approval has been given and production has commenced, changes may not be possible. If alterations are requested after work has begun, additional charges may apply and completion dates may be affected.
Before production Natasha Nicole Studio will request 30% of the overall item cost to commence making. At that time clients will either agree to a series of instalments for the remainder of the payment or a date to pay the remaining balance in full.
Measurements & Product Specifications
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information.
Guidance may be provided regarding veil lengths, widths, styling, and proportions and Natasha Nicole Studio is happy to give advice where needed, however, Natasha Nicole Studio cannot accept responsibility for inaccuracies in measurements supplied by the client or third parties.
Any dimensions confirmed by the client will be used for production.
Balance Payments
All balances requested must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Completed orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date may result in delays to production or delivery.
Handmade Nature of Products
All veils are individually handmade.
Variations in embroidery placement, hand finished details, beadwork, lace placement, and other handmade elements are considered part of the unique nature of the product and do not constitute faults.
Sketches are for illustrative purposes only and do not denote exact placement except where expressed by the designer.
Colours may appear differently depending on monitor settings, screen calibration, photography, and lighting conditions.
Lead Times
Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of ordering.
Whilst every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, production schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.
Clients are encouraged to place orders well in advance of their wedding date.
Rush orders may be accepted at the discretion of Natasha Nicole Studio and may incur an additional fee.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (usually arriving before 1pm). This service is tracked and will need to be signed for.
The designer reserves the right to use a different courier at their discretion or as needed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Natasha Nicole Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, weather events, strikes, faults incurred during travel or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or related charges imposed by their country. These are requested sometimes before or after the item leaves the UK depending on the courier. Natasha Nicole Studio uses tracked delivery service for international clients.
Natasha Nicole Studio will inspect, prepare and wrap the clients item ready for sending. Each order will be sent in a gift box with ribbon, hand written note and veil clip hanger. Veil care details will be sent via email. The packaging and included items can change at any time but the care given and presentation of the clients item will be of the same quality.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of Natasha Nicole Studio products, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty. Natasha Nicole Studio does not offer refunds or exchanges for any items due to any other circumstance. Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery and must notify Natasha Nicole Studio within 24 hours of receipt if they believe an item has arrived with an issue.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a production slot for bespoke orders. Orders may be cancelled in writing before work has commenced; however, deposits remain non-refundable. If work has already begun on the order at the time of cancellation, Natasha Nicole Studio reserves the right to retain payments received and, where appropriate, invoice for work completed up to that point.
Production timelines and approval deadlines agreed between the client and Natasha Nicole Studio form part of the order agreement. Clients are responsible for providing information, feedback, measurements, approvals, and responses within the agreed timescales or a timescale applicable to their preferred delivery date. Failure to do so may result in delays to production, affect the agreed completion date, or, in exceptional circumstances, lead to the cancellation of the order. Where an order is cancelled due to a client's failure to provide required approvals or information, the designer reserves the right to cancel the order. No refund will be offered unless the designer agrees and if one is considered appropriate will reflect work already completed.
Natasha Nicole Studio shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil an order where such delays arise from circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All designs, sketches, embroidery artwork, photographs (unless credited to another photographer), product descriptions, website content, and other creative materials remain the intellectual property of Natasha Nicole Studio.
No design may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
No design or sketch may be given to another designer to create or copy.
Designs must not be amended after purchasing, including adding additional design elements such as embroidery, lace trim or any detail that affects the look of the finished piece.
Natasha Nicole Studio reserves the right to photograph and use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. A licensing fee will be applicable to any bride who would like sole use of their design.
Natasha Nicole Studio reserves the right to use their previous designs as basis for new ones, create altered versions of them and place them for sell on the website.
Limitation of Liability
Natasha Nicole Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products or services.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable legislation.
